Contests & Giveaways

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Any prize is not transferable and not redeemable for cash, and will not be extended under any circumstances, and must be accepted as offered without substitution. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, provincial and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the Winner. The Winner must pick up the prize from JAKL KIDS store location at 150 First Street Unit 118 Orangeville Ontario L9W 3T7

Should the prize be accepted, the Winner agrees to the following terms: Acceptance of the prize confirms the winner’s: (i) eligibility for the Giveaway; (ii) acceptance of the Prize as offered; (iii) release of JAKL KIDS, Facebook, and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates and/or related companies and each of their employees, directors, officers, suppliers, agents, sponsors, administrators, licensees, representatives, advertising, media buying and promotional agencies (collectively, the “Releases”) from any and all liability for any loss, harm, damages, cost or expense arising out of participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the Prize, including but not limited to costs, injuries, losses related to personal injuries, death, damage to, loss or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation, or portrayal in a false light, or from any and all claims of third parties arising therefrom; and (iv) grants to JAKL KIDS of the unrestricted right, in JAKL KIDS sole discretion, to produce, reproduce, publish, broadcast, communicate by telecommunication, exhibit, distribute, adapt and otherwise use or re-use the Winner’s name, photograph, likeness, in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, in connection with the contest and the promotion and exploitation thereof.

If the prize is a JAKL KIDS Gift Card or Gift Certificate as part of a purchase, if any of the merchandise purchased as part of a JAKL KIDS Contest or Giveaway is returned, the customer must either return the gift card or gift certificate with full value, repay the retail value or accept a store credit for the amount of the returned merchandise.
